As far as legally possible this agreement, it’s terms and conditions, are governed by the laws in existence from time to time in Australia. Any claim relating to the site, the services provided through the site, or the content shall be governed by the laws of the state of New South Wales and the user agrees to having the matter dealt with in a court in Sydney in the state of New South Wales, Australia.
TERMINATION
STARNBERG reserves the right to terminate, with or without notice, access by any user to the site. The terms and conditions of this agreement remain in effect following termination of the use of the site by either STARNBERG or the user.
