Starnberg Medical will ship orders for New Zealand from Auckland, or at its discretion from Sydney Australia by Australia Post Express Courier International at no extra cost. Orders will be shipped within 3 working days of purchase and can be tracked online.

Starnberg Medical will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: New Zealand Couriers, New Zealand Post, and Australia Post Express Courier International.

Returns

In the event that a customer wishes to return a product ordered from Starnberg Medical please contact us via this website, or on info@starnbergmed.co.nz.

Returns must be unopened and accompanied by a copy of a Starnberg Medical invoice and posted to the address below:
